Boughh for cooking - thank goodness - because I did not care for the flavor when drink from a glass. I’m not usually overly picky about wine, but I had two sips of this and that was plenty. Dumped what I didn’t use in my recipe down the sink.

This wine is not very good. Sorry to say.

Most of the Malbecs that I have enjoyed in Argentina taste like this one. This wine is loaded with antioxidants. For the price, this wine is a winner. Thanks Sam’s.

This Member's Mark Malbec is likely corked by Gascon (Don Miguel) in Mendoza, as it has very similar notes, ABV, and an identical bottle/similar labeling. While it's not the most complex Malbec, it's a terrific value if you're looking for a table wine to pair with red meat and impress your family/friends. The 2019 vintage I've bought on two different occasions seems like it would take to aging very well, though there's something to be said about aging cheap wine.

In general I enjoy Malbecs, Ripassos, Cab Ss, and some blends. This vintage began with a bitter and vinegar like taste. It seemed better after sitting for about 30 minutes; what little depth was left quickly diminished. It definitely doesn’t hold up after opening. This bottle had a much fresher taste than previous bottles, and lacked complexity. If you enjoy full or even medium bodied wines, skip this vintage.
