Quality is ok if you're alright with the unfinished raw state of the material. My main reason for the 2 star review is that it is actually wider than 12 inches even when taking the side extensions completely off. So the stated measurements are not quite correct. It will not fit into a 12" wide drawer without forcing it which would just bend or break your drawer slides and possibly the drawer sides themselves. I needed it for my kitchen (obviously) but found a use for it in an old dresser drawer to organize a 'junk' drawer.

We plan on renovating our kitchen and I've had plastic silverware organizers in there for 3 years. I purchased this on a whim and OH MY GOSH it is so much better and looks so nice!

Let it be known the height of this tray is not 1 inch as per the question answered. The height of this tray is 2-1/2 inches. Decent product for the price point.

Hard to tell from a picture exactly what something is going to be like, but, this is very well made and perfect for my wide drawer. I love it.

love it most are pretty expensive, this does the job & reasonable price
