I was hesitant making a mattress purchase without testing it out first. I have to say the Dreamcloud is AMAZING! Extremely comfortable and built with superb quality. Set up was quick and easy with hardly any gas off. After the mattress was set up and ready we tested it out to find it unbelievably comfortable. We haven’t had a good nights rest in a while. I have already recommended this mattress to everyone! Thanks Dreamcloud.

Love our new mattress. I wish we would have done it sooner. Was sleeping on our second Sleep Number. Loved the first one for over 20 years, the second one we both hated since the first day we purchased it 5 years ago. We woke up sore and hurting each day, not now with our new DreamCloud. I've had this mattress for a few weeks. It is incredibly comfortable. The perfect amount of firmness and enough give to not think I am sleeping on a board. I wish there were better instructions included for unpacking. It's a king size and was cumbersome. The box was pretty beat up when it arrived but no damage to the mattress. My only concern is how the edges will hold up. They are not very firm and I am hoping they do not sag over time. This was a very expensive purchase for me and I am hoping to get a good many years out of it.

You don't get the 8 layer premium kashmir topped mattress you think you are buying. Instead you get a 5 layer much cheaper material mattress for the same premium price of course. At no time on the website or during the ordering process are you told of this, dream cloud just thinks people won't notice I guess. Even after contacting them the tried to hide the fact that they have a "all new design", and they "just haven't had time to update their site. Unless you are into the classic bait-and-switch I would avoid dreamcloud!

We love the Dream Cloud Premier Mattress. Looked at several choices when shopping to replace a 20 year old Wickline pillow top Mattress. We couldn't be happier. Sleeping so comfortable on this mattress for 60 days! Expect this mattress to last for years!

We just set up our new mattress on Saturday and I have to say we are loving it! Set up is a breeze but be aware - it is heavy! You will need 2 people to move it. I have not noticed ANY odor which I know some people have commented on. We set it up in the morning and slept on it that night. It is firm but not TOO firm - just right!!!

We took a huge chance by ordering a mattress online and was super nervous but so far we are loving it. We have had such amazing sleep the past 2 weeks. No more waking up a bunch at night or tossing and turning. It’s so comfortable and does not get hot like our last bed.

This was my first internet mattress purchase. I was willing to take the risk because of the 365 day trial period. The delivery was straightforward and installation could not have been easier. The first 6 months were great -- nice, firm mattress. After that I started noticing a distinct sagging in my spot. I figured it was conforming to my size/shape. After another month or two, I am not a happy sleeper. I wake up with back pain, which is getting worse. My spot has become too soft and saggy. I have requested a return as I am still within my 365 days trial period. Eager to see if the return is as convenient as their website says it is.

Sometimes people rush with a positive review and then are sorry because the product failure is delayed. Not in this case. I had a real nice box and mattress set for about 10 years and when I got rid of it it was still very nice so I wasn't replacing terrible with good or worn out with new. I got the premier mattress with a new bed frame and 2 DreamCloud pillows and IMO it was all very cheap. It was less than I paid for that old set 10 years ago and it is WAY better. The Dreamcloud mattress on the new bed frame sits about a foot lower than my old bed set so its a lot easier to get in and out and yet its up off the floor so cleaning under the bed is very easy. It is actually both soft and firm. I'm a fat side sleeper and this mattress is very soft on top to adapt to your curves but it is firm underneath so you are very, very comfortable and supported. So, its perfect for me. The pillows are just like that too, I stack 2 of them as a side sleeper and they are so very nice. Best pillows I ever had and yes, they are pricey for pillows compared to many others but its been months now and they are still GREAT and I got rid of all my other cheaper pillows. So I could not be happier than I am will all these DreamCloud products. I know people, really I do, who paid over 3 times as much for bed, mattress and pillows than I did for this set and while I'm sure their set is nice, I'm also sure its not any nicer than this DreamCloud set. I highly recommend all DreamCloud products. They are simply GREAT for the price. No regrets.

My husband and I had both been having neck and back pain and decided it was time for a new mattress. I did a lot of research and came across the Dream Cloud. I loved that I could compare it with other mattresses on the website. The fact that they compared it to a particular mattress that I had tried and fallen in love with in a store is what sold me. For a quarter of the price I got this mattress. We absolutely love it! It is the perfect amount of support without being too firm. I'm a side sleeper so if a mattress is too firm my hips will hurt throughout the night. I have not had that problem at all with this mattress and yet it's firm enough so we're not suffering from neck and back pain anymore. We are definitely happy with out purchase.
