I've only slept on the mattress for four nights but so far so good very comfortable relaxing not too soft not too firm that was the problem with our last that it was way too firm but this one seems to be a happy medium I'll update my review in a few weeks

This mattress arrived fast and came conveniently packed so that it was much easier to bring upstairs to our room and then opened to allow expansion. It is exteremely comfortable. My husband and I sleep better and it doesn't take me as long to fall asleep. We awake with no aches and feeling very refreshed!

We haven’t even had this bed frame with the headboard for 6 months and it’s already causing problems. The bar in the middle that supports the bed vertically is constantly moving, making the middle of the mattress sink, and the bed shift side to side. I weight 100 lbs and my husband weighs 150 lbs. We have a king sized bed and of course the frame to match. We'll be laying down and make a quick shift to the right or left and the three stands on holding the verticle bar up, fall over. We’ve tried tightening the screws and it still happens. The frame looks nice but the quality is CHEAP. Seriously don’t waste your money.

I was skeptical of purchasing a mattress that I wasn't able to lay on. It had great reviews so I went ahead and tried it out. This mattress is very nice, but just too firm for me. I tried it out for a month and a half. It kept hurting my back and I wasn't getting a good nights rest. If you like a firm mattress, then I highly recommend this mattress. I will be returning my mattress. The customer service is great and it is an easy process to return. Thanks DreamCloud:)

We just received our Dreamcloud mattress and can't wait to sleep on it! The ordering, delivery & set-up were seamless. We are going to follow the recommended guideline on giving the mattress a full 24 hours to breathe before sleeping on it, but can't wait to try it out!

We absolutely loved our previous mattress. But, I was starting to get major pain in my shoulders and hips depending on how I slept. It was time to find a new mattress. A friend had started talking about Dream Cloud on her fb page. She had significant back issues, like me. I waited about 4-6 months and checked back in to see how she liked it. She still loved it. So, we decided to give it a whirl. We got the Premier and I can’t say enough how amazing it is. I have 5 different autoimmune diseases and my husband a poopy back and hip. Of course, we still have pain here and there but overall we’ve had much improved sleep and feel great in the morning.

I ordered this mattress at the end of February and it took until mid April before it arrived. It was very heavy in the package and we struggled to get it into our house and ready to set up. After we got it to our intended destination it was fun to open the package and watch it expand. We let it air out for a couple days before sleeping on it and it now sleeps great. We love how we can't feel the other person moving in bed. If you are able to have patience while you wait for the mattress to be shipped then this is a good purchase for you!

The last mattress I had was 100% memory foam and it was horrible. I’m a tiny person and it still sunk in and hurt my hips. After reviewing all the mattresses on the market I decided to try the DreamCloud and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. It’s so comfy and supportive, and I’ve slept so well since the first night I got it. It’s the perfect mattress and I’ll never look back!

I ordered the DreamCloud mattress, the adjustable frame, and the sheets bundle on 2/20/21. It showed they should arrive by March 11. That day came and went. We did receive the sheet bundle and the frame. NO MATTRESS. I called and was told it would be delivered by March 26. That day came and went. NO MATTRESS. I called again and was told it would be delivered by April 3rd. That day came and went. Then I was told it would be delivered by April 10th. That day came and went. Then I was updated that it would arrive by April 15. That day has come and gone (yesterday). If I had known it would be this long, I would NEVER had ordered to begin with. I am so frustrated and nobody from the company seems to care! I will tell EVERYONE I know that they should NEVER order from this company. Wort customer experience I have had in my 50 years.

We like the mattress we bought a year ago but this second buying experience has been a disaster - made worse by the fact that you think we have our mattress - which is now delayed by over a week from confirmed ship date with no update on when it will arrive. You also have my last name wrong.
