Bought for daughter returning from college. Extremely comfortable. instantly falling asleep, no restlessness during sleep. Very pleased w purchase. Buying 2 more : 1 queen and 1 king. Luxury bed. roomy for 2 queen size. Pillow top comfort is by far well worth the extra money.

Nice bed, side support is ok and better than I thought. Mattress is comfortable and can sleep thru the night. The only problem I had was shipping.. mine took 7 weeks to arrive and I wasn't happy . I was was mildly compensated. All in all I'd say if you need a Mattress don't buy it at the last minute because you may be frustrated by the shipping ( I was assured it was a material issue).

I have been sleeping on the dream cloud mattress for a few weeks now and it has been great. No more back pain when I awake in morning. My only issue are the groves atop the mattress which are quite noticeable other than that I think it is a great buy

We really love this bed. We got the King with the adjustable frame. The only thing I do not like is the USB on one side of the bed is useless. When you put it together, it covers up the USB ports. Now, to be fair the just mention one USB port on the bed when purchasing. Since you have to buy two twin XL frames, that is how they come.

First week I've had some back issues with the new mattress. Biggest thing I can point to is the large dips in the pillowtop, which seems to cause my body to be off balance and constantly needing repositioning. Hoping over the next couple weeks things improve as I adjust to the new mattress but as of now looking like I will have to return.

This bed is clearly a luxury mattress and I desperately wanted to love it. Unfortunately this mattress is not for us. My husband (5'10", 170lbs) and I (5'3", 120lbs) are both side sleepers and this mattress was simply too firm for us. He accepted it, I did not. We slept on the mattress for 6 weeks and to this day I still wake up multiple times throughout the night in uncomfortable positions or pain in my shoulders. I would have kept it if we were back or stomach sleepers but as a lightweight side sleeper, it's way to hard. I slept on top of the mattress, this is not a soft, cushiony bed you wrap yourself up in. So bummed it didn't work, we returned it after 6 weeks of trying to convince ourselves it was the right bed for us.

Extremely pleased with the entire purchase. Ordering delivery and performance. Beautiful mattress excellent sleep. We tried Loom and leaf first then nectar and then dreamcloud. Dreamcloud is superior in every way. Top quality great price excellent service.

I purchased this bed as my last ditch effort to find a bed that would alleviate my back pain. I tried both an innerspring and memory foam mattress at comparable price to no avail. So, I was skeptical that this bed would be any better. After receiving my dream cloud mattress I had my first good night's sleep in quite a while. The next day no back pains and I sort of stayed in bed just a little longer. It's been 4 days now and so far so good.

I ordered my mattress on Feb 19 21. I have not received my order and I call every week to find out why the bed has not been shipped and nobody knows why. Every representative keeps telling me they will send and email when shipped. My mattress is to be paid off in may but I will probably be canceling my order if I dont get and update by the end of April. My experience with this company has been very disappointing and difficult.

First, it took almost 2 months for the mattress to ship. The mattress itself is disappointing. It is a lot firmer than I was expecting after reading reviews and information from various online resources. I keep hoping that I'll get used to it, but so far I have more back pain with this mattress than I had with my 15 year old innerspring mattress. Really disappointed.
