Sales people were helpful but not pushy. The product arrived quickly and was well packaged. Amazing to watch the mattress come to life as you unpackage and start to unroll it. So far, we have been very happy with our purchase Overall, a pleasant purchase experience.

I'm a side sleeper and after 30 days of sleeping on this mattress... not feeling a significant difference from my previous conventional mattress ... still waking up a bit numb on my side a few times during the night ... I will give it a while longer to see if this changes. I did my research and this mattress received very good reviews regarding side sleeper comfort across several review platforms ...a bit disappointed for now.

I recently had back surgery and my mattress wasnt comfortable at all. So I was reading reviews and thought I would give it a try,and the 365 days was a game changer. We are thrilled with our DreamCloud Premier. We had a sleep number bed for about 15 years and in the last 3 years it was starting to kill my hip. Tried a Nectar bed, all memory foam, and that was like sleeping on a slab of concrete but our DreamCloud is perfect. I can sleep on my side or back and nothing hurts and its not to soft for my husband. If you are looking for a good bed for two people with different needs, this is it. We have been sleeping on it for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. This hybrid is the way to go.

We have had the Dreamcloud for about 1 month and could not be happier with the entire process. We did not do white glove service, and for us it really wasn't necessary. I will say we did get the king sized bed and it is VERY heavy so be prepared to get some help. It unwinds easily and smoothly. It only takes a few hours to be ready for sleep. And couldn't be more comfortable. I would definitely agree with the 6.5 rating out of 10 for firmness. I would buy another.

I’m 6’5 I weigh245 The mattress is everything the company claimed it would be I truly am in love for the first time with a mattress at 60 years old I’ve slept on a few by now and I can tell you from my experience the dream cloud premier is the absolute best sleep I’ve ever had it’s luxurious and comfortable , now I know why they named it dream cloud.

I did a lot of research before choosing this mattress and chose it because so many reviewers stated it was too firm. I like a firm mattress. This felt good to me for about a week but since then I am suffering from back aches every morning and I toss all night. It's mushy and just not comfortable to me. Sorry to say but it is anything but firm. :-(

After having a foam mattress for nearly 10 years (Bravada high quality Temperpedic alternative), we had to brave the crazy mattress marketplace. It was a very stressful experience trying to make the right choice, but most companies offered good return policies and made trialing their mattress easy. We were not happy with our 1st choice, the Amerisleep AS3, because it slept WAY too hot and had an uncomfortable "flatness" and hard feeling to it. \nAfter accepting that we needed to return it and start our search again, I was drawn to the Dreamcloud because of the pillow-top look (and hopefully feel!), as well as the hybrid concept which I hoped would allow us to sleep more cool. We really love the feel of some foam mattresses, but they needed to have that just right feel...not too soft where you sink in (since my husband sleeps a lot on his stomach) and not too firm or like a foam "slab". The Dreamcloud fit this match perfect. It's only been a week or two, but I am already very pleased with the cooler sleeping as well as the softer cushy feel of the pillow-top even though it doesn't sag and compress too much. I would say, because I haven't slept on a mattress with springs on it for so long, I forgot that they do tend to transfer movement more with a partner, but once sleeping it was never anything that woke me. Overall, we are very happy and I'd recommend it - the Dreamcloud is really like sleeping on a cloud!

We purchased the King mattress and have been sleeping on it for several weeks now. We both love it. It is so comfortable. I use to have pain in my back and was a restless sleeper on our old mattress but since sleeping on this I am sleeping soundly, comfortable and waking without pain. My spouse is having the same experience. Also; in love with the pillows that came with it.

I thought it would be too stiff to get a good nights rest. I need a soft mattress. The first night I fell right to sleep and didn’t wake up until morning. My wife has required sleep aids to get to sleep but after her first night on our Dreamcloud she awoke fully rested and cheerful. Her first words were, “I love my Dreamcloud!”
