So far so good! I am a combo sleeper 5'5” 175lbs, and this has just the right level of firm, while still being soft enough to be comfortable. My partner is 5'10” and 190lbs, and he is typically a side sleeper. He really likes super soft beds, which this is not, but it seems to be soft enough that he is comfortable and sleeps very well. After reading endless reviews and looking at every mattress possible both online and in stores we landed on this for the seeming mix of quality and price, and we are not disappointed. The best part was how fast it was delivered! We thought it would take upwards of 6 weeks after reading reviews, but arrived within maybe 1-2 weeks. Overall very happy with this mattress!

There is nothing nice I can say about it. The mattress has puff squares that are too puffy. The topper that they sent me slides off the top of the mattress. The sheets don't stay on. The pillowcases don't stay on the pillows. The mattress protector is non breathable. If you don't want to have a good night sleep then bye dreamcloud mattress.

We love our new king dreamCloud, but there is one minor thing that will hopefully resolve itself. One of the reasons we chose DreamCloud in the first place that was out of the selection of this kind of mattress out there, it was rated as the least “smelly” The instructions say to give it 3 days or so to lose the smell, but ours still smells quite strongly. Our mattress protector just arrived today so hopefully that will help. In all other ways we love the mattress, but feel a bit misled regarding the plastic-y smell

I have had my mattress for 7 months now, and I am extremely disappointed with the pain I feel every morning! I weigh 165lbs and I dont understand how my side of the bed has a permanent sink in it. I know I am side sleeper, but this is horrible. I will be returning my mattress. I had such high hopes. Very upsetting.

Great mattress that is firm but soft at the same time. Sleeps nicely whether on my back and side. No real adjustment period to get used to it. Only down side it that it definitely has a distinct smell that I hope will eventually fade. I have been taking off the sheets every morning so far to let it air out all day. Bottom line I'm very happy with this purchase.

Delivery 3 to 5 days thats not true ,bought May 20 , delivered June 1st when I called know one gave me a reason for the delayed .As far as the mattress is concern 6.5 comfort to firm . I have a very bad back this mattress not for me ( disappointed my wife warned me about ordering online )

I really love this mattress but it is not like sleeping on a cloud. The mattress is a firm mattress. It is of good quality and the customer service is phenomenal. I prefer a very plush mattress. I had called to initiate the returns process and they offered me a complimentary plush topper to try. This was a game changer for me. The plush topper was just what I needed. It’s perfect. Overall super happy with this purchase! I love the company and how responsive they’ve been. The customer service is top notch and the products are well made. I also cannot say enough about the sateen sheets and pillow cases I received with my order- they’re good quality and cool.

What an amazing bed. I suffer from several herniated disc after a horrific car accident and before the dream cloud I always woke up stiff in my neck and back. I love that dream cloud offers the support of not too soft but also not too firm. It's absolutely perfect. Thank you for helping me live a better less pain filled life.

We have had the Dreamcloud for about 1 month and could not be happier with the entire process. We did not do white glove service, and for us it really wasn't necessary. I will say we did get the king sized bed and it is VERY heavy so be prepared to get some help. It unwinds easily and smoothly. It only takes a few hours to be ready for sleep. And couldn't be more comfortable. I would definitely agree with the 6.5 rating out of 10 for firmness. I would buy another.

Did a lot of research on beds. Too many to choose from!! But the DreamCloud kept coming back into my mind. Our mattress was almost 30 years old and we were waking up with aches and pains. My husband has a two year injury to his leg that causes him to toss and turn all night and I was waking up aching every morning. So excited when it arrived!! Felt bad for the FedEx man watching him haul it in. You’d never imagine a bed in a box would be so heavy. Lol. We unrolled it and poof! A luxurious mattress appeared and it was sky high! My husband said I look like the princess on the pea bed. Lol. At first thought it was too firm, no sinking into memory foam but after a week of sleeping on it, wake up refreshed and pain free! Plus how can you go wrong with a year trial period. Loving it!
