Prints good, but: Does not scan 2 sided documents. My old printer which was comparable could. WIFI printing is frustrating at best. This and my old HP printer were bad at this. Does not maintain connection. Constantly needs to be powered off and on. Works well with a printer cable, but what is the point in buying a wifi printer. Wasted $$$.

We bought this printer about two months ago. We have had problems with it since the beginning now it repeatedly tells us that there’s a problem with our HP account and soon we won’t be able to print. There is no problem with our HP account when you go online and we’re supposed to be getting free ink for five more months. It’s already run out of black ink, we got the HP instant ink cartridge when it came took it put it in and when we try to print it comes out so light you can’t see anything. Totally useless printer.

I absolutely love this printer!

Good purchase. Works great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a all-in-one.
