The chair is very attractive. It is a nice size and not too small. The fabric seems heavy and durable. The only thing that I don't like about it is it is very hard. Maybe it will soften up with time.

I bought it only because of the size dimensions. Half of my motel rooms are small and most of the chairs I've been looking at are 30-31" or 32"+ which when you have a small room (basically 12x12 room), every inch counts! We bought new furniture for the rooms (custom made, made is USA!) so we can have more room - and decided to purchase 1 chair to try our after seeing it in stores couple months before. The style, look, comfort-ness, and up-scale look of the chair and room have me sold. When you sit in the chair, you do NOT feel cramped. The width of the chair (29"W), I believe, is enough for even a medium to larger person to sit. One of my hotelier friend came over to see and he also loved it! I am now seriously interested in purchasing for all 30 rooms for my hotel and my friend wants at least 20 for his hotel. I am just waiting for a deal!!!

We bought 2 of these chairs in charcoal about 8 months ago. They match my bar stools (all are in the great room). They look great and are more casual than formal. I wish they were not quite as stiff feeling or as narrow in the seat. Not an everyday seat to sit in for too long. All things considered, quality seems very good and since I don’t sit in them for hours, I would definitely buy again.

The first chair I ordered had a crooked, front right leg. I was told to return it which was a hassle to find a box that big. I ordered a second chair so I could return the original chair in that box. The second chair arrived and the rivets are extremely crooked. Very displeased!

On the part where your backs rests there were rips in the corner seams and along the top. On the arm rest there was a circle puncture hole. One chair the nail heads are very askew and it’s very noticeable. I thought ok one chair is bad but was surprised both had the same defects definitely quality control issue.

I had previously purchased this chair in a teal color and they are beautiful. I needed a 3rd chair and love the red with my teal chairs.

I saw this same chair at other stores fir alit more money. I always wanted a chair like this. I am thinking about buying a second one. Love it
