So far performs as expected

The bike is quite and works good. The only issue is the pedals came off and had to be retightened. In overall it’s a good bike for the money.

got this for my aging parents to use. they found it easy to use and comfortable

The bike is fine. The instructions are useless. I had my gym rat handyman assemble it.

Assembly instructions were not complicated. however, the screw holes did not line up as they should...Had to do some filing to complete the installation. The seat positioning will not stay in place and continues to slip to the bottom. had to place a weight on the adjustment lever to maintain position.

Difficult to assemble. Arms and pedals don’t work smoothly when peddling. Don’t waste your money on this one

The seat adjuster is a poor design. It won't clamp tight and the seat slides down when you sit on it. I had to drill a hole in the rail and pin the seat in place. Also, some of the advertised features wound up being optional.

I've had a problem with the right pedal falling off after about 4 minutes of peddling. Quite a pain to have to put it back on every time I used it.

locked up after first use. customer-no service was no help. wants video of it working before they will talk to you. but it wont work.

After 20 minutes of use, the right pedal came off from the arm
