[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I paid $78 for each bookcase to get assembled, and the appointment was January 10, 3pm. And at 2:50 I recieved an email that the worker couldn't make it due to weather. It was cloudy and a little bit of drizzle. Unacceptable in my opinion. If I am to cancel an appointment I would be charged $50.
