I’d give a zero if possible. No shows are unacceptable. Offered to reschedule about a couple weeks later but I found an individual who did it for about half the price. Don’t ever waste your time or money. Excuses include they are contractors, we have no control, it’s difficult. Yes, it sure is and a complete waste of time. Took forever to get my refund.

I really liked Michael. He was very good, he knew exactly what he was doing. He put together my recliner which came in two boxes right away and then Michael put together my six drawers dresser. He even took away all the empty boxes which he flattened and took it to the recycling ♻️ room. If I need to assemble something in the future I will definitely ask for Michael again. He was easy to communicate with and he was awesome at his job.
