9 years ago we bought 6 Serta mattresses from SamsClub when we entered our new house. after 9 years they are all still in good shape beside one that sunk in one area. We called the company and they stood behind their warranty and replaced it with a new one. This is a company that stands behind their products. We will buy our future mattresses from them. Thank you for a great service.

The coils provide more support and durability while the top layer feels like memory foam, providing comfort. I wanted to test it out a month before reviewing and I’m happy to say that I’m very pleased with the mattress and would highly recommend it.

I’ve had many mattresses throughout the years, and this is definitely at the top of my list for best quality sleep. I like a mattress that is firm, but still has some give. The Blue Embrace Hybrid definitely fits the bill. With my old mattress, I was waking up every morning with a stiff back due to lack of support. That’s not been a problem so far with this one. My back hasn’t felt this good in years - crazy what a good, supportive mattress can do! I was sent this product free for review from Influenster, but would purchase again myself in the future. I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down my favorite mattress I’ve ever owned in my adult life. Our household is a diehard memory foam zone. Three beds all from a competitive brand that rhymes with Jasper that we love. But this bed is definitely taking over my previous beloved bed’s space. We didn’t need a new mattress but this one fell into our laps and we are so happy it did. Back pain? None! Hip pain? Zilch. I just had a baby and am finding myself very comfortable when no other mattress has felt good postpartum. The firmness is neither too soft nor too firm. The springs are a welcomed bounce (especially for my 4 year old who has never had the pleasure of jumping on a bouncy bed before). There was limited off gassing when the bed was opened and absolutely no residual smell now!

This isn't as I thought it would be.

I bought this FIRM mattress Aug.01,2024 and it was awesome!, but then (always a but) after a few months it started to sag in the middle, turning it didn't help. So will be returning it within the 120 night return window and try Serta Hello Dreams instead.

I had high hopes because we love Serta and it had good reviews but I cannot recommend this mattress. My back hurts so much after sleeping on this mattress. I wish I splurged and put the money towards an iComfort like we have in our other room. I thought I would be able to save some money and have less quality/comfort but all it has left me with is back pain. Deeply regret my decision. It is way too firm. I am not sure where the hybrid comes into play because I can’t feel the foam part at all. It’s the firmest bed I’ve ever slept on. It’s like a rock.

Initially a very comfortable mattress but after only 3 months this mattress has a noticeable lumpy hole in the center! User is 130 lb woman.
