We have had this seat for 3 years now and still love it except for 1 thing. The way the bolts attach to the seat is in a slide in slot. There is no way to prevent the seat from sliding back and forth. I have tightened the nut on the bottom side of the bowl as tight as I can get it but it still moves back and forth in the too of the bowl with very little effort.

I just got this seat today. I love it! It's perfect! And the blue nightlight is great too. We bought this product because our bathroom is freezing and the toilet is right next to two windows. In PA during the winter that makes for a very cold seat! Who likes getting up at night and sitting on a cold seat? Only a matter of time until the other seats in the house get replaced!

Guys ... you gotta get this for your significat other! Mine tells everybody that I got her the best Xmas present she has ever gotten. (and that's in 79 years) When she tells them it's a toilet seat, they all laugh. Then she tells them it's heated and lighted. You should hear the oohs and ahs! When she explains how wonderful it is, they all have the same reaction ... where can I get one? Guys, it's so simple to install. It has 3 heat levels, and a soft blue light. I'm the talk of the Senior Center. Last night, when the temperature reached -31° here in upstate NY, I got a BIG hug and kiss after she "went" at 3:30 am!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LumaWarm seat, with a similar Kohler heated seat between them. Overall, we love the LumaWarm seat and prefer it's comfort and simple controls to the Kohler seat. But the Brondell seats have one weakness - the rubber pads that are supposed to keep the seat in place on the toilet are not that secure, allowing the seat to shift position over the bowl. I think this is because toilet bowl cleaner can get under the rubber pads and essentially lubricate them. My solution is to use double sided black Gorilla tape to secure the seat to the bowl.

It was a Christmas Present. I just love it. We have a higher priced model in the master bath and I wish I would have know about this before. This is just as good if not better. The grandkids sure do love it but not more than me. One of the best things my husband for me in a long time. Just purchased one for daughter and husband for their anniversary. The have the coldest toilet seat in the world. They won't anymore.

We have been totally satisfied with every LumaWarm heated toilet seat we have purchased. This is the first seat we purchased with the nightlight. It is certainly a nice added feature. We purchased our first Brondell 7 to 9 years ago. There was no question as to which brand we would purchase when it had to re replaced. We have a small utility bathroom which stays cold in all seasons; and after getting used to the warm seat, it had to be replaced! I would recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a warm toilet seat.

This just came in today.... 15 minutes for me to install and that is only because i couldn't find my wrench. My buns are already happy with the warm welcome my toilet now offers. This toilet seat is going to make all the difference once the -20 and -30 degree nights hit my century old home.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and it arrived to my house on time and in proper packaging. Can't complain. It was super easy to install and it is working great! The blue night light is so cool even though I not really use it because I have another smart night light. Three levels of heating option. It is so warm and comfortable even though it is in level 1. There is only one thing that I think it could be better if it can be smaller which mean bigger hole in other word. Anyway, I am totally recommend it to everyone who need warm seat! It can't goes wrong.

Something so simple - I live in the midwest- it is very cold here and we keep our house temp at 64 as we do not like our house to be hot. At any rate, I was tired of sitting on a cold toilet seat and thought I would give this a try- now I want to gift everyone of my friends and family one! I love this product! I will never go without a heated toilet seat!

I wanted a warm toilet seat for a long, long time and didn't know it was a thing until I decided to do a simple search. There are many out there but I decided on this one because you can sit on the lid. That's not something that normally happens but if you needed to, you could. The lowest setting took a little getting use to. At first I thought it was too warm but it really isn't. I was in my late 60's, female and installed it by myself. Very simple to install. I had to get an outlet installed and while I was at it, I had one installed in each bathroom because I just knew I'd be getting one for each. This is one of those things you don't know you wanted until you get it.
