Having just installed my new heated toilet seat, it was definitely worth the price. I've been saving my money for a year to purchase the special seat from BBB but I never thought to check the size. Unfortunately, it did not come in the required oblong shape. Although yours was a bit more expensive, I took advantage of applying for a Walmart credit card which saved me $35.00!! Great deal! Great price!

This heated/illuminated toilet seat was all that was advertised and more. I purchased this for my wife's birthday. She loves it (and so do I). The seat was easy to install and had all adjustments necessary to fit my elongated toilet. After getting my permanent receptacle installed, it is perfect. I would recommend this item and will soon purchase a 2nd one for my other toilet!

Before this seat we always purchased padded seats, over and over and over again. We tired of buying seats that usually split after a few uses. We bought this one mostly for the night light feature. Surprise, surprise.... not only are we thrilled with the night light but the other features such as soft closing, heated seat and easy installation. This seat is AMAZING! Thanks Brondell!!!!

We have been totally satisfied with every LumaWarm heated toilet seat we have purchased. This is the first seat we purchased with the nightlight. It is certainly a nice added feature. We purchased our first Brondell 7 to 9 years ago. There was no question as to which brand we would purchase when it had to re replaced. We have a small utility bathroom which stays cold in all seasons; and after getting used to the warm seat, it had to be replaced! I would recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a warm toilet seat.

WE like our Luma Warm very much. However, we are on our 4th unit. We have 2 bathrooms and we have replaced one twice as the heater has gone out. I'm sure out of warranty. Currently we have one that still heats but has an internal fracture in the frame. when you sit, you hear and feel a pop. When you stand, it pops back.

Our bathrooms tend to be 4 degrees cooler then the rest of your house. Being a lady and have to sit down every time, it makes the go more comfortable. No more cold behind. I keep mine on the lowest setting and it is prefect. ***It plugs into a outlet, so be sure you plug it in correctly.
