I bought this a month ago and I am happy I did.

We have been using this canola oil for years to make Doughboys at a campground where we spend the summer. I was delighted when I saw that the price of the canola oil had gone down. I called my husband to let him know and I brought two.

I have a deep dryer and this was excellent because it uses alot of grease.

We prefer Canola because we do not have to worry about allergies when preparing food for guests.

Normally buy the Frying Clear Frying; wasn't none in any of the local Sam's. Few family members has nut allergies so stopped using the peanut oil...Has a high flash point and was clear that is why I went with this instead of the creamy oil. Did darken a lot more than the Clear Oil does when deep frying. If had to would use again but do prefer the Clear.
