Unbrlievable that a tire ...

Unbrlievable that a tire could make such a difference, particularly since I was a strong advocate of my prevous tire brand. A far superior tire. Ride was enhanced like haveing an additional shock absorber. Traction is excellent. Surprisingly good off-road, since the tread is pavement oriented. A quieter tire than my previous brand. And the increased mileage makes the cost a bargain.

Unbelievable!!!

Just replaced the tires on my 2010 Nissan Titan this morning, and I am speechless! The LTX M/S 2's completely changed the truck, it's like it's new again! EVERYTHING is better, ride, handling, quiet, braking, even took away a slight drift to the left I was having. If these tires do as well in the snow here in Michigan as I have read they do, and last as long as they are supposed to, I will be completely blown away. I thought there had to be some hype about these tires in all the reviews, but I am a believer in them now. Next set of tires will be Michelin"s for my wife's car!

I have run michelin tires for years .

michelin tires are the best tires out there. I understand there are less expensive tires available, but who wants to trade a few bucks ,compromising you and your family's saftey. michelin got the best ride, performance, milage tire going . number 1 in my book.... R

Repeat customer

We spend our winters snowboarding the west and summers, on and off road, traveling and camping. These are by far the best light truck tires I have had. They have a long tread life, good traction (on and off road), and have a quiet comfortable ride on the highway. These are my 4th set on 2 different vehicles and will not be my last. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Great Tires

I had the LTX M/S on my 99 Tahoe and I loved them. Great tires in all weather. We recently had to replace the tires on my 2008 Yukon Hybrid and I went with the LTX M/S2. So far they have been great tires and I have not noticed any fuel milage loss compaired to the tires that came with the Hybrid when it was new. I would say these are the best Light Truck tires on the market today!

Not that impressed

So far I have about 5,000 on this set of tires. I have them on a jeep and let the guys at the tire store convince me they had all the traction I needed. They would be correct if you never drive off pavement. We had an ice storm and the tires gripped better than any I have ever had. Wet pavement seems to be great as well. So the down side; I keep very good records and did not see an improvement in MPG. The bigger issue for me was that the tires are nearly worthless off pavement. I almost got stuck on wet grass. The old set of Open Country tires had no issues on the same field with 80,000 miles of wear. My impression, if you only are on pavement they are a great tire, just don't push it in snow, mud, or even wet grass.

Just got 4 LTX MS2

Live out in the country in MN so all types of weather plus some gravel roads. Put LTX MS2 on my 2009 F-350 after factory tires wore out. Truck with camper in the box and trailer behind weighs 15000 LBs so good tires are a requirement and 900 and some reviews tells me what I need to know about these tires. Hope to see 70000 miles on these tires

Traction, Traction, Traction!

I bought a set of 4 LTX M/S2's for my Jeep, mostly city driving. Living in Michigan, winters can be brutal, snowy one day, sleet or ice the next, and dry or wet pavement the next. These tires handle it all. I have the option in my Jeep to turn on or off the 4WD, and have found that rarely do I have to turn on the 4WD with these tires. These all-weather tires are not noisy like snow tires (I've had snow tires in the past, and on dry pavement, they are very noisy). I have no complaints about these tires and would buy them again.

Its time to replace my old Michelin LTX/M/S for my 2013 F150STX that is used for a pilot car it has hundred and twenty thousand miles on it and the Michelin are the org tires that came on the truck and are hands down the best tires for the money. the new shoes are the Michelin MS2 looking forward to the next hundred thousand miles.
