Purchsed the Ace Flyer Teeter Totter. When I went to put it together, one of the holes would not accept the bolt. Upon further review I noticed the hole was not properly tapped/machined to receive the bolt. I called customer service and they are sending the replacement part with harware. Their customer service is one of the best I have dealt with. Instructions for putting the playtoy is accurate. Need to read the instucions. Hardare is packaged to be used with certain section you are putting together-makes assembly easy.I am very happy with the product and with customer service.

I bought this about 6 months ago and couldn't be happier. My son (4) climbs all over it. I love that it supports up to 600lbs. I climb it with him! I love how big this is too, 5ft high, and 10ft diameter. Plenty of room for many kids. Instructions were easy to follow, and didn't take long to build.

Our kids are 10, 7, and 3 and after being frustrated by poor quality on a supposed top brand expensive wooden playset, we saw the good reviews on this and decided to try it. Their favorite part of the previous set had been the monkey bars. Assembly took 2 men 2 1/2 hours. The instructions were a big help. The kids are thrilled with it. The youngest hasn't quite figured out how to climb to the top, which is just fine, but that will happen soon enough. My 150 lb self can climb it, it seems very sturdy.

We gave this to our daughters for Christmas last year and did not regret it. It's been a constant source of enjoyment since. It was easy to put together (time consuming, but the instructions are easy to understand) and it still looks brand new after four months of weather and sprinklers. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It's a cheap way to bring more entertainment for your children to your backyard.

I bought this product from the Lifetime Products Distribution store in Columbus Ohio several years ago (the store is closed now). The grandkids love this as do our god sons and all the other kids that come over. It's probably 10 years old and is still played with on a regular basis. They have filled all the seats and gone on some great adventures. I had plumbers doing some outdoor work and they were talking about how much fun they think their kids would have on it.

We bought our Dome Climber in the Spring of 2014. We had purchased a "driveway basketball net" for our granddaughter, and the insert advertised this Dome Climber. I was excited, because I had been wanting to add another piece of equipment to our backyard, because my granddaughter was out growing our swing set! But I hadn't found anything appropriate, until I saw the Dome Climber! I ordered it immediately and I have never regretted it. The Dome Climber has held up well, even with Ohio's crazy weather. Because it has low and high bars, it is great fun for children of all ages. My granddaughter 11 yrs. old, climbs up and sits on the top. My 7 yr. old grandson swings back and forth, climbs all around the bars on the outside, and hangs upside down. My 2-1/2 year old grandson hangs from the bars, when his Daddy helps him. He walks in and out of it, and will soon be climbing like his older cousins. We've clothes pinned sheets over it and turned it into a playhouse a few times. Even my Service Dog, a tall black Labrador, enjoys walking in and out of it, and sometimes lays in the middle to rest. I have never been happier with any other playground equipment we have ever purchased. We bought the "earthtone" because at the time, my grandson was into G.I.Joe & camouflage. He loved the color right away! I am so happy that your basketball hoop for the driveway had a flyer in the box advertising this awesome Dome Climber! It is well-built for children of all ages and it's made very safe! The hand and foot holds strategically placed, help the children climb and also keep the joints covered where the climber is screwed together, bar by bar! It came with easy to follow directions, and all the parts were in the box, even all the hardware. It is the very best piece of backyard playground equipment we have ever purchased. Honestly!! We all love it.

We actually bought two of these. One for us and one for a friend. My friends was fine, but our box had a tear in it. We discovered that all of the bolts were missing. I went to customer service and looked for a way to order and purchase a new set. I bought the item with an open box, so I figured it was my fault for not double checking. I received an email the next business day stating that they shipped all new bolts for free. Wow! Not what I was expecting. They were wonderful!!

It took me a couple weeks of reading reviews, shopping around and deciding if this would be the right choice for my 6 year old daughter. I AM SO GLAD WE ORDERED IT!!! My husband put this together on Sunday and she started playing on it then. For the last 2 days she has been glued to it as soon as she gets home from school. 4 neighborhood kids were over playing on it today and they all had a blast. It is sturdy and I really like the tan/green color. I definitely think we made a great choice!

I bought this when my son was 2 and now he is almost 6. It is sturdy and durable to handle being outside year round and multiple kids playing. We have filled every seat at some points - so that is a total of 7 kids! The adjustable height allows it to be usable at all stages.

We bought this to add to our backyard playground. It was a wonderful addition. We are the grandparents of One 5 year old boy and a 3yr old and 18 month old girls plus a brand new boy and one on the way. The backyard is always filled with children over and beyond ours. They love the addition. Well worth the price.
