I needed to replace the hardware for our Geodome. I contacted customer service and they had the hardware shipped quickly and I received within a couple days.

It arrived several days before expected. There was a piece missing and hopefully when it arrives, it will be a fantastic toy for the children to play on.

Strong materials, well designed, durable paint, easy for two people to assemble. Rather heavy to move after assembled. Not too hot to touch on a sunny day.

Received the item and my husband put it together-said the instructions didn't make sense and were very confusing. Got it together in about 2 hours. Love it! Hoping it lasts a few years!

Fairly easy to assemble with the help of a friend as noted in the instruction manual. I used channel lock pliers to hold lower frame pcs. together to install bolts for ease of assembly. Good quality and reasonably priced. The grandkids love it.

A bar broke on our Flyer Teeter-Totter and they are sending us a new one because they do not make the parts for the one we purchased last year. Fast response time and easy to work with. The kids at the YMCA love this!

this a great climber for children. love the rock climbing type handles on it for helping them climb!! versatile as well. in the summer, i can see a cover being put over it for an imaginary fort.

Came well packaged. Instructions are pretty easy to follow. 2 people could manage the build but 3 worked better to have someone on instructions duty. Solid 2 hours to put together. Very sturdy, the kids love it!

This product was relatively easy to put together. It took me, by myself, about 2 hours from start to finish to assemble. It is VERY sturdy. My kids have had a blast with it and I know they will continue to enjoy this product for many years to come.

Great purchase, kids love it but it’s definitely a little smaller than I anticipated. The bars are just the right height to be hitting their heads near the seats. Over all, I recommend.. the kids really love it.
