All it took was one phone call… Other companies could learn a lot from the quality of customer service that I was given in one phone call to lifetime… Trey is a valuable team member of their organization. I have several products from lifetime but this was the first time that I ever had missing parts and without hesitation the parts will be here on time for Christmas for my granddaughter… Nothing short of amazing. Just this service alone makes me want to buy more products from lifetime… They should have a new slogan ”Don’t worry we’re here for you”

I like Lifetime products since I bought the Lifetime swing set they are very well made and contrary to some of the reviews the instructions are pretty straightforward I like the way that they illustrate what parts and Hardware are needed for each step with that information and the pictures they are fairly easy to follow the only thing I do not understand is why they would say assembly time is only one hour or less on the box for the teeter totter 4 hours would be more accurate but the kids certainly enjoy playing on it like most things it may only be for 20 or 30 minutes before they move on to something else but it is there for when they want to play on it but I highly recommend anything that Lifetime Products make!!

I was happy with my purchase of the Climbing dome until i noticed several parts had bubbled and rusted within 2 months of assembly. The service rep offered to send me touch up paint and instructions on how to sand the parts down. I advised him I would not want to compromise the durability of the parts and asked if i could just get replacement parts. he responded that yes, he could send but needed photos of the damaged parts, model and part numbers, and the dated receipt. I did not have a receipt as I order the dome online, so I sent the emailed order confirmation from Walmart. (which included date order was received online). This was not what the rep needed to fulfill my request, he again advised a dated receipt was required. I called Walmart service center and asked for a dated receipt. They instantly emailed it to me. I forwarded this email (receipt from Walmart) directly to the Lifetime rep. The rep still did not approve of this proof of purchase. He replied that as a "one time courtesy", he would send the requested parts. I am not happy with all I had to do to be granted the parts. so, If I have any other defects (which I'm thinking I might if the dome has already started to bubble and rust), I guess I wont be able to get replacements. I am not going to take a chance and purchase any other Lifetime product ever. There are so many other pay ground equipment companies that I can choose from. What annoys me even more is that there is another review that indicates replacement was available with just a quick call. I would have called, but the hours of operation for the call center are limited.

Our kids have been climbing on the dome for over five years. It's super sturdy and lends itself to lots of imaginative play, or just a place to hang out on, or in. A storm recently brought a gigantic tree limb on it, and only two bars were bent. Replacing them were easy thanks to excellent customer service.

We purchased the dome about 4 years ago for our twin grandchildren, whom we watch 4 days a week. They are 7 years old now and they still enjoy climbing all over it. It's been a real treat for us to watch how much they have advanced in their confidence. We now have a 3 year old granddaughter who watches the twins and has started to hang on the lower bars. All I can say is that this is the best thing we bought for our grandchildren. Also, I had a problem with one of the lower bars and your customer service was fantastic in helping me. Thank you.

Relatively easy to assemble although directions were somewhat ambiguous. Once started, though, it was rather intuitive. It took my son and me about 2 1/2 hours to assemble. It seems very sturdy and well-constructed. We were able to easily lift it and move it around to find best location but this is not to hint that it is flimsy because it is just the opposite. We're both big strong guys.

I'm thrilled with how this teeter totter turned out. My grandchildren love it. I was so glad to find an American made product, although the plastic parts are imported from China. All of the parts required for assembly were there in the box, it was all packaged so neatly. The instruction book was clear and easy-to-follow. The assembly time listed, if I remember correctly, was 2 hours on the website. And I think the box said one hour. Being a granny, I expected it to take me longer, it actually took me 5 hours. But I took my time, slowly and carefully, and only had to have five minutes worth of help from a relative. The reason for my 4-star rather than 5 rating is because a couple of the components were missing a small amount of paint, probably from being rubbed off in shipment.

My 11 year old autistic son loves it. My 4 year old granddaughter loves it. A little harder for my granddaughter to manuver but she likes it....fairly easy to put together. Took about 2 hours with 2 people doing it. I think it will add lots of summer fun for the kiddos this year.

Materials are excellent. Directions lacking. With help, took an experinced mechanic/builder five and a half hours to put together. Very satisfied with final product and it was an immediate success with five year old grandson. He never seemed to tire of discovering the many things he could do on the dome. Would strongly recommend to friends getting gift for "five-somethings". Adhesive on the bar labels should be water soluable or at least not as durable as the one used. The finish on the bars appears to be rust-resistent but would be destroyed if the labels were scraped off. This and the instructions are the only things I would change in this wonderful product.

Because of the weather the kids haven't got to play on it much. My 2 year old granddaughter gets mad at it because she wants it to sit still when she is driving. LOL, it is funny. We may have to block it up till she is ready for it to move. All the reviews said it would take 4 to 5 hours to put together and they were right. My 9 year old grandson (he turned 10 5 days later) loves big Lego products so we teased him that he could put it together. He thought it would be fun and insisted that we let him try. He put it together all by himself in about 4 1/2 hours. He said he only had to go back and remove one part. No one helped him other than his two year old sister who sat and watched him the whole time. His mother did hand him bolts at first just to be sure he could handle it. It was the best idea ever. He loved building it so something to think about if you have a kid who loves Legos and Mine Craft. He had fun and his parents didn't have to take time away from other things. He set it on the highest setting so it wouldn't have to be changed later. Colors are bright and I hope it holds up for a long time. I almost gave it a 4 because of construction time bit decided it was worth a 5. I ordered it on Saturday from Sam's online and received it Wednesday. Really fast! The box is heavy but can be drug around after it is together.
