We purchased a geodome play structure and upon assembly we discovered it was missing parts. I called the customer service line and spoke with Shannon within five minutes. Shannon was super helpful and our parts are on the way! Not having to deal with a long wait on the phone and Shannon’s excellent customer service was welcome. I can’t wait for our kids to play on this play structure!!

My children love this climber! They play on, under and around it for hours. My only complaint is the instructions were not very clear. You definitely need two adults to assemble it. It took my husband and I about 4 hours to assemble it, but it was worth it to see how much fun the children have on it!

The product is great, very fast shipping, looked up different site this was the best price by far. The dome is solid and it does exactly what is says it does. it took about 2 hours for assembly. My kids love it! age 5 and.....and even the 19 year old.

We purchased this for our small playground at church. It is great quality and the kids love it and were so excited when they first saw it. The only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because the men who put it together said it was more complex to put together and had several pieces; but even they said it was worth it and they were very pleased with the outcome.

Outstanding! My kids absolutely love it. Quality is good. Assembly was time consuming, but not difficult. It took me about 2 hours to do it by myself, except for the last step at the very top, where I had my wife help hold things in place. I was worried about my preschooler getting hurt on it if he tried climbing it while I wasn't looking, but the bars are spaced and angled perfectly so that he can't climb high enough to hurt himself. Would not hesitate to recommend this dome to friends.

This item is a great outdoor toy for my children, ages 4 and 6. It took my husband 2 hours to put together with minimal help from the 6 year old. My children and their cousins spent hours on it playing imaginative games and testing their little muscles. A very good purchase.

I cannot believe how this nice is for the price we paid! We have three kids and frequently have at least a dozen kids over to play. This is FABULOUS. It's nicer than some professional playground equipment we've come across. It's self balancing and the mechanics are so smooth. Assembly was incredibly straightforward. Everyone wants to know where we got this teeter totter!

A lifesaver for these corona days! My active kids ages 3 to 12 enjoy this so much. Took my husband a couple hours to put together but easy instructions. Its moveable so when we need to mow the lawn, we can. Best part was free shipping and delivered to our door so we didnt have to bring it home (its very heavy). Its.s extremely sturdy and has already withstood a couple heavy storms. I hope it lasts a long time.

My children who love climbing have been playing on it every day since we've had it (a couple weeks). My 6 year old says it isn't challenging enough and still prefers our tree, but it gives them something else to play on besides just the tree. My 3 year old climbs all over it as well. I like that the colors are earth tone. It looks good in the backyard.

Just like all products we have purchased from Lifetime this one is excellent. Large and well crafted. Make sure at least two adults are available for set up. It took my wife and I about 30imites to assemble. Our children as well as the neighborhood kids love it. We look forward to covering it with a parachute in the summer for a cool fort!
