Could of used more care in installing the screen on barrel (was all off center) and down spout hole. Overall looks good otherwise.

Easy to assemble and put into use. A great way to reduce my water bill and take care of my vegetable garden!

THESE BARRELS ARE GREAT. I USE THEM TO CATCH RAIN FROM THE GUTTERS AND SLOWLY WATER MY GARDENS. I HAVE THREE OF THEM NOW.

Study and attractive. Just make sure to use lots of the supplied plumbers tape when attaching the spigot.

I bought two of these items and one was missing the parts. I called the number for the company that sells these within business hours and it stated they were closed, twice! This also does not come with any instructions.

This product does exactly what it's supposed to do. I took the screen off and made the round hole bigger so more water could pass through the screen. It fills up fast so have a backup plan. I intend to attach a large diameter drain hose to the top of the barrel. There is a molded in place to do this so I will cut a hole in the top and clamp on the new hose. This way, it will drain to where I want it to drain should the water level reach the top

This is a good size and it's manageable and can be moved when empty. It's convenient that it has a flat side so it can sit closely up against the house or other location. In an heavy downpour, it's amazing how quickly this 50 gallon container fills!

Arrived on time and barrel is sturdy, but you have to take it apart, turn it upside down to get to the parts you need to assemble it. A real pain when parts also could have been put in the box in a zip lock bag instead of fishing them out. Teflon tape to make spout water tight would have been a nice touch.

I've been building rain harvesting systems for awhile now. These barrels are convenient in that they are essentially all set up. They have some major design flaws though. First the opening at the top should be more toward or in the center of the top, so that water can flow into the low point. Also if you try to connect barrels for overflow, you have to seal off the front overflow opening, because it is at the same level as the overflow connectors. They appear to be designed for more of a one barrel system. They look good, and so far have held up well.
