let them ripen

These are so delicious! The negative reviews of being sour are people eating unripe mangoes! They need to have a golden color and just starting to wrinkle and they will be PERFECT!

Give them 3 days to ripen 👍

Of course they are sour at first bc they aren’t fully ripe yet. Follow the box instructions and let them ripen at room temp for 2-3 days then they are DELICIOUS! We ate through our box sooo fast once they were ripe!
