I've been eating mangoes all my life, so I know you need to wait for them to ripen. These mangoes outwardly went through all the stages of ripening: they turned a nice orange, they developed wrinkles, and they even progressed to a deeply shriveled raisin-like state. Every day throughout this process, we tested one mango each day just hoping for a 'kinda sweet' mango. But no such luck. I don't know what the deal is with these mangoes but they never lost their sourness. More than the money, it's the disappointment of having wasted 2 weeks during mango season sampling terrible mangoes every day and then discarding them that really bothers me. I know there are chemicals that slow down ripening to increase store shelf life and I strongly suspect that these were at play here.

They were already ripen, almost 60%of them rotten in couple of days

Great taste it is best to let them get wripe before eating. Very sweer

It was old and black color inside

Mangoes were good but not sweet at all.

Not happy with Mangoes from Sam’s Club. Tastes sour even when they are ripe. Had to return them.

Not good since it would never get ripe but rotten inside instead.

Many of the mangoes were bad

Mango were sour not sweet. Had to throw the whole box out. Not edible.

Underripe then spoiled in no time
