Delicious!

This was our third flat and there are just 2 of us! So glad that we got to have more this year as these are favorites for cereal, smoothies, snacking and even dessert. I’ve learned to keep watch daily over their stage of ripening at room temperature; know when they’ve lost any “green” spots; feel slightly soft at the stem end; then put them in the fridge where they keep very well until consumed. In Mexico, the mango is street food and peeled like a banana. At home, and especially with this variety, I use my favorite sharpened paring knife to remove peeling; then score down to the seed first lengthwise and then around fruit. Finally slice one side from close to the flat seed down its length to free the sections of fruit; repeat on other side. As the “cook”, I get the spoils by eating the left-over meat of the fruit clinging to the seed over the sink. 🤗

Honey Mangoes - Disappointing!

I hate to say it, but I was really let down by these Honey Mangoes. I’ve had high hopes because when I usually purchase them, they are great, but when I cut one open, it was full of brown spots. It was so disappointing! I’ve had issues with them being underripe or just not as sweet as expected, but the brown spots were a dealbreaker. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I won’t be buying them again anytime soon. Definitely not the quality I was hoping for. Sam's did let me return them, no problem.

Very good!!!!

When you see them green, you think they don't ripen, but when they are already yellow and orange, as the box says, they are very rich and delicious mangoes. It's a shame that only in certain seasons do the mangoes come out. I recommend them, even if they look green, leave them outside and they ripen, no. in the refrigerator until yellow or orange

Tast like the red ones to me

I about fell over when hubby came home with these! I thought I was getting EIGHT mangoes! NO! I got 8.8 POOUNDS of mangoes. Teach me not to look at the pictures! I wanted to try these since I have never had yellow mangoes before. Taste pretty much the same to me, but these were much smaller that what I normally get in the red variety.

sweet, juicy, and budget-friendly

I recently picked up a box of mangoes from Sam’s Club, and overall, it was a solid purchase — definitely worth considering if you’re a mango lover or shopping for a family. Pros: • Freshness & Ripeness: Most of the mangoes in the box were perfectly ripe within a couple of days of purchase. They had a sweet aroma and a nice, juicy texture once peeled. • Flavor: The flavor was vibrant — a good balance of sweetness and a bit of tang. These mangoes were especially great for smoothies and salsas, but also delicious eaten fresh. • Value for Money: As with most Sam’s Club bulk produce, you get a generous quantity at a competitive price compared to buying individual mangoes at other grocery stores.

First timers - and loved these!

We have never had fresh mangos before. My son had a friend that recommended them so we picked up a case! After searching online how best to let them ripen and prepare them to eat, we must have done all the right things as these were WONDERFUL! So peelable with a potato peeler, but then perfect texture and sweetness on the inside! We will be repeat customers.

Sour to Sweet

Mangoes ripen fast from sour to Sweet. You can place them outside in warmer weather to hasten ripening. Removing the skin is a slightly delicate process. Then, slicing the mango down the near middle on each side of the stem reveals two halves that can be cut into cube-shaped pieces that can be eaten by fork as a snack or with rice. Some people serve them as a desert with coconut milk over rice. There is also a thin oval seed remaining from the middle that will have residual fruit that is best eaten by hand.

A box of Mangoes

I did not red the description and did not reaze it was a bac of mango. I’d purchased cot up in the past and from the picture ordering was confused. Good they were not very ripe when I got them as it was a lot. But not very good in flavor once ripped and then it was more than I needed

Sweet and tasty but it's for a full case!

This is a CASE of honey mangoes. They go great in smoothies, making mango salsa and mango lassis. I thought it was just a few, but you get 24. They are green when you get them in the box, but put em in a sunny window and they ripen pretty quickly. The mangoes are sweet and the flesh is soft. You don't need sweetener with this mango.

Juicy and delicious

These are the sweetest, most juicy mangoes I’ve ever had. I always buy them when see them and let them ripen to a beautiful golden yellow. They all seem to ripen at the same time and I peel, then cut them, and freeze several of them for smoothies and adult beverages
