no charger, no USB c

I liked the design back in 2020. The magnetic removable ear cups are nice and easy to clean. Just lacks a off button with the always on and typical lighting cable that needed to go until this past year. I would personally give a 5 outta 10 because of the premium price you pay and fit it finish to be unmatched. I feel like there is cheaper options out there that give you more features and flexibility with sacrificing quality. Apple it's time to update these instead of just adding colors and a USB-C charger.

Refuses to pair and I have to clean the contacts in the headband for it to work again. Terrible quality.

It says it comes with some free trials and to check back here for them but I haven't seen them yet so 2 stars.
