I own a 2003 avalanche ...

I own a 2003 avalanche Z71 4x4 and have now owned my second set of Michelin tour HP's . I travel between Arizona and Colorado Springs through heavy rain, hail and snow. The plus 100 degree weather in Arizona has played a great deal of demands on my tires too. I have hit curbs, boulders, potholes, and trailered boats and other loads and these tires perform exceptionally and cosmetically look great. Given my research each time I need tires for the 3 suv's I own, I cannot come up with a safer stronger more confortable tire that provides me the confort knowing when I ask them to stop they do and when I demand them to hang on to the road they do and when I might worry how they will perform towing or with great load demands I don't. Thank you to the Michelin family for keeping our family and my stuff safe....

Low Mile Wear

I have just returned from my Audi dealer for a recall and service repair. While there, they informed me that my tires which were the originals when I purchased my Audi 2011 Q5 needed to be replaced. I have 18784 miles on the car which is garaged and well cared for. I have never had Michelin tires last for so few miles and my previous car was a Porsche Boxster. Obviously, Michelin quality is not what it used to be.

I purchased four Latitude ...

I purchased four Latitude HP XL P255 50 R19 tires for my 2009 Toyota Highlander, (Non- OME). These tires are awesome. They handle like a dream, there is little or no cabin noise, and the gas mileage has improved over the original garbage tires that were on the SUV. No problems with wheel housing fit. If you are looking for your next set of tires, look no further. They are not cheap, but well worth the investment and peace of mind. I am a Michelin man for life.

Awful tires

These came stock on my 2016 escape. I have 30,000 miles and have to replace. These have been increasingly noisy as well. They are very slick on wet roads. There is no way to 55000 miles on these. These only performed well for the first 15000 miles, then very noisy, and very rough and unsafe ride

I love these tires. A great investment.

I drive a car that is an investment rather than a car on loaner status. My first set of tires when I purchased the car brand new was Michelin Latitude HP Runflat. I realized with the great driving and dynamics I was able to get with the first set of tires there is nothing out like it. Even with the tires costing quite a bit it was well worth the purchase.

Never Go Down to Wear Bar

But the 55,000 mileage promise is way off of the 25,000 mile average life for my 2006 Porsche Cayenne S Titanium I,m about to put my 5th set of Latitudes as the car turns 155,000 miles. My driving is unremarkable in terrain and speed and cornering. Maybe Michelin owes me this set.

Good performing tire but poor tread life.

These were the OEM tires on our Nissan Armada. They were very comfortable and quiet and performed well in the rain. I feel that the tires performed well in every aspect except tread life. My wife is a very conservative driver and the tires were rotated every 7500 miles. We are now getting close to 40,000 miles and all 4 tires have under 2/32" tread remaining. Researching these tires I found that tread life was a common problem on larger heavy vehicles. Read reviews on the web and you'll see that they work well on crossovers but wear quickly on trucks and full size SUV's. Do yourself a favor and stick with the Defender LTX or other brands.

Great OE tires - best ever

Original Equipment on my 2011 Ford Edge SEL. Presently at 70,050 miles and still going strong. Just had vehicle in for 70k service and they and I feel another 10,000 is probably in these tires. Will definitely purchase same as replacement when that time comes!

Wore quickly, poor traction in even mild winter weather

These tires came equipped on a brand new Acura RDX. I'm a fairly boring driver - half and half town and highway, speed limit and no hard braking - and yet these have worn out in 55,000km. They performed well under normal and wet conditions - very quiet and good handling. However, I found them to have poor performance in even mild winter conditions.

Still doing great

This tire lives up to what I was told it would be. Good wet traction and secure handling gives me peace of mind knowing my wife has these on her SUV. Tread wear is holding up pretty good after two years. They look sharp too. I'm happy with my purchase.
