We bought this TV a couple of weeks ago. I was waiting for a stand, stand finally arrived and we got it running. However, apps page won't load-keeps saying content not available. Hit the your youtube videos and tried all the fixes. Finally. All customer service and gave her the code for remote services. I was told the remote service was 'down.' She ran through all the fixes I had already tried plus a couple more. Still nothing. She said she would escalate the problem to their engineers because the wifi was working and the problem was with their servers. She promised it would be fixed by this evening. Not fixed and worse than ever. Never had this problem with our Samsung. Nothing but trouble with the LG.
