Easy to prepare (peel apart slices with fork), put in the oven in a corningware dish and followed directions. It was perfectly cooked, and had a wonderful flavor. Very tender. Wish it wasn't out of stock!

My wife picked this up and with a quick pan fry in oil to warm up thought the flavor and quality were excellent. Will try again to determine consistency since many reviews talked about fattiness. This needs almost no cooking time.

What a surprise! My husband, who dislikes most foods, loved this. And I have to agree it is really fantastic. Just heat and eat. Makes a good cheesesteak sandwich, and a very good bbq. So versatile. I definitely recommend this product!

It' a no for us. Three of us. All at once. Good flavor but REALLY REALLY stringy. Like choke on it stringy. Expensive strings for dinner, anyone?

I easily got 10 meals out of this package. Meat is precooked, pre sliced, perfectly seasoned.
