First, this is a quality piece of equipment. All parts are well marked. Assembly is simple, and all parts fit beautifully. Be careful fitting the vertical poles together, since it's possible to cross-thread them. Other than that, positioning the bottom shelf is a bit tricky for one person to do. A second set of hands for two minutes would make that a breeze. The shelves go with the lip up and the short lip to the front. You can place the locking castors wherever you like. I put mine on the front, since the unit will be parked against a wall. The rack is extremely sturdy and should last for many years. It is also extremely well designed. The bins will not fall out, whether in the flat position pictured or in either of two tilted positions that enable easy access to whatever's inside. It has been the crucial piece in organizing my garden workroom. All the stuff I had in plastic containers is now in this unit, so I no longer have to unstack the stacks of containers, take the lid off, fumble through stuff, put the lid back on, restack, etc. Everything's at my fingertips. I will soon buy a second unit for my basement.

Bought this as a gift for my husband. It was easy to assemble, but requires two people. Assembly instructions are clear and easy to follow. At first, my husband was skeptical about how sturdy this would be, but after assembling he was satisfied that it is very sturdy. He said it is a great organizer, sturdy, and good quality. The wheels make it easy to move around, and the bin dividers (included) are great for adding extra separation for small things or for accommodating larger items. The shelves' heights accommodate both large and small bins. The design for the bins is good as they are made to pull out and tilt for easy removal of items. Great purchase. Cheaper at SamsClub than other sites.

My craft room was in need of organizing. On one wall, I was able to put two of these 24 Bin Racks. With two people, we assembled it in only minutes. It's wonderful to be able to put all my crafts in a home. The wheels are an added feature. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
