I bought this iPad for my older deaf brother who also has vision problems. OS15 has a glitch preventing me from making the screen icons larger. I now realize that it needs updates so I will do that when I get the iPad back from him. I hope it works.

Brand new unopened box. My first iPad, so scheduled a class at the Apple Store and they gladly helped me set it up and get started. It will probably be supported for about 5 years as Apple is discontinuing the lightning cable and moving to usb-c starting with the latest release. So this is the last one with a Home Button.

Absolutely fantastic tablet. We really struggled with whether to get 9th Gen 256gig or lower gig 10th Gen for our daughter. Really glad we went with this one. (Although I’m sure the 10th is fantastic too!) It’s lightning fast compared to her 6th Gen that just recently stopped updated. Couldn’t ask for more. If in the same dilemma as us, definitely go for higher gig! We put it in a case that mimics the look of a laptop :)

I was on the fence about buying this iPad and an iPad Air for things like digital planning, photo editing, casual browsing and downloading files/pictures. Really glad I saved the 200$ because this is exactly what I needed! Nothing more, nothing less. I also enjoy the lightning port that works seamlessly with my 13 pro max so there’s no unnecessary cords to hook up around my bedside. I would recommend this iPad for the simple things and especially if anyone wants to get into digital planning!

The iPad is very nice. The only problem was with the delivery. When I ordered it delivery was set for 10/2, then I got a notice that delivery was delayed and would be delivered on 10/7. I was advised that either I had to be present or someone over 21 and the package had to be signed for. Then on 10/1 I got another notice that it was going to be delivered on 10/2 and there had to be someone there to sign for it. On 10/2 about 3 in the afternoon I got a notice that my package had been delivered, I went to my front door and there it was sitting right in the middle of my porch for all the world to see. The delivery person never rang the bell or knocked and I never had to sign for it. I had to rearrange my schedule several times and inconvenience my daughter and my neighbor as I wasn’t going to be home on the new delivery date. This was very upsetting for everyone and I didn’t appreciate it.

i know that I just bought it and it doesn't work so it's not a good idea but I have to be in the store for a refund and I'll get a new one with a replacement for the money that I already paid for it I would like to get a new one and I wish I could get a new one with the 3 year warranty for the new one

I purchased this Ipad to pare with the Logitech keypad case and it fit perfectly! The response between them is fast and clean and the size fits easily in my go bag. Between the 256 gig storage and the cloud I have quick access to all my "stuff" I saved and need one and again! Can't go wrong with Apple.
