Was told last Thursday, it was on the way and would arrive. Never arrived. Why was I told it was on its way when it was not?

I received this for Christmas and gave my daughter my older 2018 model. I love how much storage space it has and the huge display!

The same quality as become used to is in the new product had a recommended you won’t be disappointed!!!
