I didn't use this service because they took to long so when do I get my $89.00 back for sofa bed assembly service i didn't use

The sofa was not what I was looking for the quality of the sofa was not what I expected. The pillows were so flat.

Getting information about delivery and assembly coordination from Handy was a huge hassle but the person who did the assembly, (JESSE L.) went above and beyond for me, did a super job and I would recommend him to anyone in PA who needs help with delivery and assembly.

Luis did such a great job of assembling the sectional for me and making everything look nice. Even though many reviewers of the sofa had said it was easy to put together, I was so happy to have the option to add "furniture assembly" to my order, so I didn't have to think about it anymore. I have never used such a service before, but my experience with Luis will get me to use Handy again and specifically ask for him to take care of future Handyman's jobs around the house. I was very pleased to give him a very healthy tip for his courteous and thorough service, including removing the big heavy sectional boxes to the trash. THANK YOU LUIS!
