The mam that came and put my chair together was great. Very professional but friendly and i hope the next purchase I make he comes to put it together.

I like the fact that I was able to reschedule my appointment online with no issues. The gentleman was very polite and he did a great job assembling my sofa.

I didn't use this service because it was 2 weeks after I received my sofa so I'm requested a refund It was very easy to put together but it did take two people for the back piece to lift and slide into the brackets

i paid extra for my couch to be assembled.. and i havent heard ANYTHING from anyone about it since. now i have a couch i cannot sit on ..tanks alot for nothing.

This young man was very kind and hospitable. I did not not measure coach correctly cause too long. He disassembled it and put it to my liken. Nerver complained and accurate.

Sofa was poorly put together and falling apart I’m trying to do a return on it.. the assembler came to my home 8am-2:30pm smelling of smoke coughing and constantly stopping

I tried to cancel this, however, walmart could not. The person from Angi came to assemgle it, however, could not because I wasn't going to accept delivery. I called to get credit and was told I would only get 50%.

it's a nightmare if you have to cancel it my cancel the service for personal reason and I still did not get my refund he saying it needs up to 10 business days so if you are not sure about it do not use it

The Handy technician was very professional and even arrived sooner that promised to assemble my sofa sleeper. He even explained the entire assembly process prior to his assembly. I would definitely use their services again around my home.
