The installer arrived just like the email from Walmart, shortly after the arrival of my chair/bed! He assembled and removed all packaging. Iam well satisfied with the assembly service,thank you Walmart service!

im loving my sofa bed its smaller than i thought but it works perfectly in my living room my worker was the best he took his time and made sure everything was up to par. Thanks Angi

Started off he was going to be here at five then called and said 6:30didn’t show up until 6:35. Couldn’t assemble the couch completely because one of the parts was broken so paid for some thing that couldn’t even be completely installed

I researched getting a new sofa for months. The one I bought from Walmart was exactly what I was looking for. Nervous about buying a sofa sight unseen but the app made it so easy to veiw in my room.

How quick U received my couch. And then the young man that was told he would be putting together my couch called day before. He was in time and very nice.

Deon was absolutely a God send! Angi was so easy to communicate with and addressed any concerns that I had. Deon came to put the couch together for my mom. He communicated when he was on his way and had a professional and friendly attitude.

it's a nightmare if you have to cancel it my cancel the service for personal reason and I still did not get my refund he saying it needs up to 10 business days so if you are not sure about it do not use it

the person was a hour and half late amd i had to call him to know he was going to be late. he did a goid job when he came but some of the pieces to my sectiinal did not come and has to be sent.

I had canceled the service within minutes of of ordering it, and the money was taken out of my account and I should have a refund. Please tell me how I can obtain that I did not use the service. I did cancel with Angie.

The mam that came and put my chair together was great. Very professional but friendly and i hope the next purchase I make he comes to put it together.
