I did get a metal key with the dispenser... The key is multi pronged. One side is like a small cross, the other like a fork. Have tried every possible angle with both sides and can not open? Tried gentle and sturdy turns. Any suggestions? Which side of key? Push in far, middle or outer of key hole? Pull open as i try to turn?

Key won't open

Put them in our bathrooms instead of a hand

The previous design was better the key mechanism has moved to the top and the door folds forward now. The previous iteration opened sideways with key on the side as well.  This was easier for most people to load.

Bad redesign

Bought this for our Landcape companies shop.  Started with just one to make sure the quality was good.  We are very pleased.  Easy to mount, easy to fill, towels are readily available in store, seems to be sturdy enough for good up for a long time.  Will be purchasing a few others in the near future.  Over all very happy with this purchase
