This is yummy and my go-to meal when I need something fast. However, I just realized from reading the label that it says the bowl is "2-servings"... really? Well, it's a 1-serving for sure, can't share LOL

You won't find a better udon outside of a restaurant. You can go for another brand and be miserable, or, you can get these, and be happy. The broth is so well balanced. The noodles come out just right every time, and do an excellent job of absorbing flavor. The fish cakes may look a little plain, but they are flavorful as they should be. The tempura bits have their own flavor, but they work. And, the aroma will send you to another world, it smells so good. You just cannot go wrong with these.
