This Queen mattress protector somewhat did that. It fits my queen mattress and is keeps it cool. I don't feel like any moisture could get through it because of the lining that it has. However the protector feels slightly tough and not as soft as I would have preferred it to be. It looks neat and keeps me dry but I like protection as well as softness when it comes to my mattress protector.

The pockets are deep enough to hold my memory foam topper in place very well. I definitely noticed a difference in temperature using this topper. I'm always able to find a nice cool spot if I get too hot.

Now when laying on it, the pad doesn't really stay cool at all and it disappears quickly. The mattress pad is very comfortable and doesn't move around too much. After washing the sheets did not shrink still easy to put on my mattress.
