It is a cooling protector and it works like it should. It kept my sheets nice and cool. Which is a big plus since we are in the upper 90s here.

It fits my bed perfectly and has deep pocket sides so it fits on all corners without slipping up and coming off. This Queen mattress protector somewhat did that. It fits my queen mattress and is keeps it cool. I don't feel like any moisture could get through it because of the lining that it has. However the protector feels slightly tough and not as soft as I would have preferred it to be. It looks neat and keeps me dry but I like protection as well as softness when it comes to my mattress protector.

He also had a small spill of coke abs it washed right off and protected the mattress well.

It is not cooling at all, not even in the slightest, maybe I got a bad one? It also has a slight crinkly sound so if you toss and turn a lot at night be prepared to be woken up a lot from the noise. I get night sweats so was really looking forward to the cooling affect, but there was none to be found.
