I have a 2WD Lexus RX350. Last year i went to the snow with 50% front and 70% rear on another manufacturer tire. Chain restrictions were in effect. I lied, said it was AWD. (DISCLAIMER: I'm a professional driver and a rescue driver (my job to never get stuck) so i have the experience to drive in these conditions. I DO NOT suggest you do the same. It will cost you your life. The purpose of this is for performance comparison.) Any slight hill, my traction light was coming on. I was climbing slight freeway hills at 15-20mph just unable to get traction. Vehicles were stopped ahead on a downhill and it took 800ft to stop from 35mph. This year, i put 4 new Primacy MXM4s on my SUV. Still had plenty of tread from last year's tires but i wasn't about to go through that again. This year the weather was much worse. Much more snow. On the same interstate, my SUV was having no trouble keeping up with the AWD vehicles and 4x4s. It was so bad, some AWD vehicles (Subaru Outback likely with bad tires) had to put chains on. And braking, night and day from last year. Now, all season performance, my SUV was averaging 25mpg with the old tires. 4 of these and I'm seeing 28-29mpg at 65mph on flat ground. That's a significant improvement.

Replaced original MXV4 with a set of MXM4 after nine years just due to age. Don't drive many miles but drive hard and fast. These are better than the MXV4 for my liking. Great in wet or dry handling and breaking and they just do not lose air. They have transformed my 2002 VW Passat Wagon with 4 Motion to better than new, quiet, handling and ride comfort.

I had xxxxx tires on my car that were pretty costly and everytime the weather conditions were somewhat unfavorable, I almost didn/t want to drive because I just didn't feel safe! I finally jsut thought enough I have always had michelins' and the performance is superior to any tire. so I foun the tire that was best for my car and had them put them on and what a difference. now I feel safe the car handles the curves like a dream it just hugs the road and when it rains I don't feel like it's going to skid. It's nice to have a really nice looking car, but if you don't have a great tire on that car (MICHELINS') then the car won't habdle properly and you might as well not even have that car!! My father always told me you want a good tireand a safe tire that will last and give you a nice ride buy a michelin, they may cost alittle more, but oh they are so-o worth the ride!!!!!!! But Don't take my wod for it try them yourself you will never BUY anything else...... Benj

First bought these tires for my primary car three years ago. I average about 24K miles a year and these tires ride smooth, handle the road very well, are quiet and have worn better than any other tire I have ever purchased. So impressed that I purchased a set for my son's car early this year. If any of you have a young driver in the house, you want their car to not just be mechanically sound, but also have safe tires. With the Primacy tires, I feel confident the tires add to the reliability of him driving his Civic. I'm planning on replacing my original set later this year with the exact same Michelin Primacy tires. Yes, they are not the lowest cost tires out there but you get what you pay for and I'm not about to short change something as important as the quality of my tires that helps make driving my family safer.

Who would have known that by upgrading to a quality tire would make all the difference in the world?! I travel extensively and rely on my Mercedes-Benz E500 wagon to get me from point A to point B. Superior ride, minimal road noise. So smooth a ride that I felt like I could fall asleep like a newborn baby in a car seat! Extra pricey yet superior ride, better value! Money well spent in my book.

I bought a 2018 NIRO with Michelin MXM4 Primacy tires that came with the car. I now have only 22,200 miles on the car/tires, and I am be told by the dealer that I should think about replacing them already. That is not very good mileage for a premium Michelin tire! What is up with that? I drive 50/50 HWY/City. I drive an economical car, and my driving is the same, I am not hard on vehicles. I bought the car brand new February 2018 and I drive less than 10,000 miles a year, very disappointing in the mileage that I have gotten out of these Michelin Primacy tires.

I finally switched to Michelin tires for my Audi A6 and love the ride and the performance. With previous tires, I was amazed how quickly they wore tread, but these Michelins are still like new. I haven't had a problem on the road, they maintain tire pressure, and I feel safe on the road. The latter makes all the difference to me. I travel city roads, some dirt roads, and highways. I don't normally review tires, but I made a good purchase with the Michelins and am completely satisfied.

I use these tires in my everyday driver (2010 Pontiac Vibe). They handle wonderfully and have shortened my braking distance. Overall I feel safe in any road condition. The Vibe is a lot quieter that when the factory tires were on. I love these tires and with these being my first set of Michelin tires, I have a feeling this will be a long lasting relationship (Michelin and Me). Over the past 40 years of driving a number of different company, & private vehicles, I have tried top end tires from all the major tire manufacturers. My Volvo S80 came equipped with the Michelin Primacy MXM4 P225/50R17 tires. We do a lot of city & highway driving. I was really impressed with the overall handling & performance of these tires, better than anything that I have used in the past. The tires are very quiet, & my gas mileage is outstanding. The hwy mileage rating for our vehicle is 43 mpg. On longer highway trips I am consistently averaging just over 50 mpg, which is amazing. I highly recommend these tires....

I am on my second pair of Primacy MX4 for my Tesla S. They are great for Florida driving. The noise reduction was noticeable, and they perform great even in the short torrential rains we get down here. I always feel like I have great grip. I also like the fact that they are also better for the environment, with more natural rubber.
