[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first weighted blanket and I wasn't really sure what to expect. The first night was awkward. I'm fine once I'm under it and laying still, but trying to get under it and move around under it can be quite interesting. Once comfortable, it does seem to help me sleep a little better though! It's a bit hot to use in the heat of the summer, but I bet it will be amazing when its cold. I have found the most benefit from using it when I am having anxiety issues though. When I am having a particularly bad anxiety day, I will grab it and wrap it around my shoulders and settle into my fav chair and within a few minutes usually feel a lot calmer. I wasn't sure I believed all the hype when these blankets first became popular, but after using this one for a while, I definitely see the benefits! As someone with allergies, and pets, its not ideal that it can't be washed, but I just make sure to keep it away from them. All in all, I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew I needed a weighted blanket. This one is so nice, cooler fabric on one side and warmer plush on the other. It weighs 12#. I have always liked having heavier blankets on my bed. I put this weighted blanket on me in my recliner and fell asleep with in minutes and took a 2 hour nap. It is now my nap blanket. Deep sleep too!

She has a horrible time sleeping and this blanket helped her go to sleep with no problems. The blanket was bigger than I expected and very soft to the touch, it's a great way to help get to sleep .

My husband purchased this for me because I been under a lot of stress lately and I complain constantly about his fan blowing on us keeping me so cold I can't stay asleep. It's a great weighted blanket for someone who likes to keep tucked in at night. The blanket is also great for watching TV on the couch and cuddling keeping a grown up soothed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great concept for those who have trouble sleeping, stress, anxiety, etc. I’m a very light sleeper so I was super excited to try this. I discovered this product is not for me. I was unable to get a good nights sleep with the weight of the blanket on me. I found it difficult to shift positions or turn over to get more comfortable. I think most I just didn’t enjoy the added weight on top of me. Maybe after continued use i’d get more used to it. I think this product would be great for someone who’s a deeper sleeper so they don’t notice the weight so much. My husband is a deeper sleeper and suffers from anxiety so he’s next to try it, and I have a feeling it’ll work great for him.

The blanket weighs around 18 pounds first I thought it would be to heavy for me but I was wrong. I never slept better. All my blankets are going to Salvation Army. Highly recommend for better sleep.

The Tranquility 12 lb blanket feels really good on my legs and is warm also, it takes a few times to get use to it but, the weight on my legs seems to calm down the Restless Leg. Great product.

I have trouble falling asleep and since I started using this blanket I fall asleep much quicker and I stay asleep through the night. The weight give me a safe and secure feeling. The top layer is made of a velvet fabric and the bottom layer is made of a micro fabric material. The color is a deep grey and it matches perfectly to my headboard.

Not what I was expecting at all. I love how it gave me a sense of comfort as if I was being snuggled. It was so comfortable that I took a nap and snored cause I was sleeping so good.
