It is filled with tiny glass beads which is better than plastic beads. The blanket is made very well. I am so happy it comes with a removable cover so that you can wash it. The cover is super soft and has a bunch of loops that hold the blanket into place. The blanket is a perfect weight and does not get to hot or too cool. I highly recommend this blanket to anyone who struggles with sleeping.

I had never tried a weighted blanket and I was really uncertain if I’d like it. But I just feel so relaxed in it. Definitely the best blanket I’ve ever owned. It’s plenty long enough which is good because I hate when blankets are too short to cover both your shoulders and feet. Also, the material is so soft and it feels very well made, plus it looks nice. This weighted blanket turned me from a skeptic into a true believer. It really is the perfect blanket!

I was excited to try this out as I am constantly up and down all night because of those symptoms. Maybe it's just me and this might work for someone else but felt more anxiety with the weight of this blanket on to of me.
