If your on a diet I would recommend but just as a snack I would get a different type of yogurt:)

Unfortunately, there's not a lot of taste. More a hint of taste. But, it's not too boring.

The only good flavor was the mixed berry. The strawberry cheesecake was disgusting.

This yogurt is the best I ever had it’s very healthy and it taste great. I love all the favors.

Several of these were just liquid. I don’t know what happened with them. We had to toss them.
