I was absolutely appalled when my Audubon bird was delivered.
The bag of bird seed was inside a box with no padding.
When I was bringing the box inside,I noticed my porch had bird seed on it
Once inside,I opened the box to find the bag busted open.
About a third of the bag was missing,
With seed puddled inside the box also
I sent in a complaint immediately.
Absolutely nothing was done.
No apology,no replacement,no refund
I will never purchase this product again

Audubon High Energy Blend Bird Seed

This is a high quality bird food that the birds (and squirrels) seem to enjoy. Here's my problem. I ordered it online, and even though there are multiple clubs in San Antonio and a major distribution center nearby, Sam's shipped the bird feed to me from CALIFORNIA! That's just crazy. It took far too long to get to me- 10 days as I recall - when it could have been here in 1 or 2 days had they sourced it locally.
