The mirror is superb, dynamic, and a showstopper. However, the pickup only option was excessive and not consumer friendly as this mirror is too love for an average SUV. In addition, the curbside pickup gentleman didn't have twine. We learned from a gentleman gathering carts that twine was available by the exit door. I have walked out of Sam's hundreds of times and never saw that gray box affixed to the wall. Let alone know that twine was inside. Sam'sClub: For such a large item, delivery from the online warehouse should have been an option. 72 inches is long and 36 inches is wider than a car or SUV seat. Therefore, one of us braced the mirror as added support on the drive home although, the trunk was twined closed. This was a faith walk that could have been avoided by having a home delivery option. Logistics, my dear Sam's Club. We love the competitor dupe, but consideration for delivery should have been accessed before offering this great product.
