Great mirror, not great customer service. I had to drive 2 hours sick in a snowstorm to get this because their policy allows for a 48 max pickup window. I called and they wouldn't help me extend the time even though item was paid for. It took 20 minutes to reach customer service department as they wouldn't answer the phone after several consecutive attempts. Neither would any department except for deli. Shout out to the deli employee who ran across the store to hand them his phone.

This mirror was an awesome find! I'm in the middle of repainting and redecorating my home. I had seen a similar mirror on a social media site and when I came across this one I was thrilled. It is going in my bedroom which has a more traditional look. I would definitely recommend.
