Two of the flavors are good and the others fall off the flavor chart. I actually threw away the peanut butter cup flavor.

Satisfies my candy-tooth. The stevia extract is a good sweet substitute for sugar.

Don't get too far from a toilet. These candies taste really good but their sweeteners wreak havoc on my digestive system. I'm sure there's a "sweet spot" dosage - maybe three or four candies in a day - and certainly everyone is different, but my advice is be careful.

I'm diabetic and this is about the only thing offerred at Sam' that's sugar free.
