Ive had this vacuum almost 10mths and it seems after 7mths is when we started having problems with it. It shuts off, gets really hot, the too/handle area is where all the weight is, gets full and doesnt hold much so you have to empty it after a few minutes, havent had good results when trying to use it has a small hand held or not good on corners/crevices. Im returning it and going back to my old fashion bulky, not a good experience for a first time shark user. A few customers warned me when I was putting it in my cart, sorry shark I gave you a chance.

I bought this because I was looking for something that was lighter. It works great on all the different carpet in my house.

Because of the weight on top I find it difficult to push and also to maneuver around. Hurts my arm almost immediately. Will be returning it.

Will not stand up on it own with out leaning it against something. Other than that it has performed well.

I bought this for my daughter for her dorm, and she loves it. She says it works great on both rugs and laminated floors. The only downside is that it doesn't stand on it's own.

The pick up is unbelievable but so is the noise level of it. I feel like I will have hearing loss using this vacuum. My husband suggested using earplugs when I vacuum. A good idea.
