This vacuum cleaner is amazing. I was surprisingly shocked at how much stuff it picked up off the carpet!!! I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner!!!

I bought this vacuum for my RV. When I realized how well it works I bought one for my college student. The attachments are great and I love the way it separates for storage. Reliable, sturdy and works well.

great for the price, especially for a small living space. disassembles easily. strong suction. adequate attachments. I've only had it a month, so I cannot speak extensively to durability, but it seems solid.

I wasn't sure it would do what description said it would. I am happy to say it disappoint. Easy to use, powerful and cord is extra long so I don't have to stop often to unplug and move the plug. I really like everything about this cleaner.

We bought a Shark Rocket a couple years ago and within about six months the tube in the floor unit started coming apart. We called Shark about the five year warranty and were told it only applies to the main power unit. We taped up the tube breaks for a year or two and were able to limp by but now the tube has essentially totally separated and there appears to be no way to fix it. Shark's solution - buy a new floor head for over $100!

This thing is awful not worth the money I don't know who came up with the hair doesn't collect that's a joke for me I'm glad for the customers that love it would return it if I could I threw the box away big mistake I have other sharks n love them they do what they say

Loved it when it worked, but just like my last Shark vacuum all the sudden while vacuuming it blew a household fuse and died. This is in a household where 75% of the floors are hardwood so very light use on one rug and a few carpeted bedrooms. At least I got a few years out of the first one. Done with Shark. If I could find the receipt, I'd return it to Sam's. (And yes, I'm a cleaner so filters were cleaned about every third use and the dust bin was emptied regularly.)

Unless you are comfortable leaning this against something and that it won't fall over and break the unit or something, then buy something else! Unpacked it and put together and realized it will not balance in the upright position. Not about to bend over repeatedly to put it down or pick it back up. Seems like a horrible design flaw to me. Taking it back to Sam's ASAP!!!

I wanted a stick vacuum for easy cleaning of kitty litter. This looks like a weed wacker. It's top heavy and does not stand on its own. I thought the clear piece near the brush roller was cracked, so I returned the first one.When I got the second one home, I saw that it had the same crooked mark that made me think it was cracked. My 29 year old daughter came by and looked at the vacuum. She said it looked cracked or maybe it was a seam. She thought it was too heavy, awkward, and just not going to be suitable to my ability, since I have arthritis in my knees, elbows and hands. We packed it up and I returned it. I never used it. Unfortunately, I live a bit away from the store, so that was not a great thing either to make several trips back to the store.

The vacuum works amazing, we are surprised on how much stuff it picked up , we had it for a month already only thing was that the back filter by the power cord keep on popping off , never thought about spending over $100 on a vacuum and we don't regret it
