The box of red kiwis we bought were not quite as sweet as gold variety, but not unpleasantly so.

Fantastic flavor, even sweeter than the golden kiwi. Unfortunately, they were only available for maybe a week even at a couple of Sam's locations.

While the price was attractive, the product was obviously past its prime. They were very ripe but still edible.

I was in a hurry and accidentally grabbed these red kiwis when I thought I was grabbing regular kiwis. Much to my surprise, these are fantastic. Very sweet and extremely juicy. I will definitely purchase these again.

I have now tried the reds. First thing I noticed is that the red Kiwis that I got were soft, much more than the green kiwis. I don't know whether this was due to age or due to design. The next thing I noticed is that the reds taste differently than the greens, so much so that I definitely prefer the greens over the reds. I may try the reds again but as of now, I prefer the greens.

Fantastic kiwis and they are grown in America. Much.better than the ones from New Zealand that were probably picked way before they were ripe enough and sweet enough to eat, so you have to wait for them to ripen and sometimes they go bad before they actually ripen. These red kiwis grown in America can be eaten the same day that you purchase them and they last without waiting quite awhile for ripening without worrying about spoliage.

Small, but tender and sweet.

These are sweet and delicious, but buyer beware--they go mushy quickly!
