I had these tires installed on my 2019 Lexus NX300. The tires have been balanced twice and aligned. I have an annoying hum at 30mph. I can feel it through the steering wheel. I totally dissatisfied with these new tires. My tire shop doesn't have an answer. I cannot continue to drive with tires that emit this hum.

These came stock on my '23 ioniq 5 Limited AWD. I feel like they deserve a 4 star rating for a touring tire as they do well in the Nebraska/Colorado area. The noise below 45mph is negligible, but increases significantly at highway speeds. It's common in an EV to have to turn up the radio at higher speeds and these are no exception. To be fair, no tire will save you from the concrete block roads of Nebraska. They performed decently in a snow storm WITH SNOW MODE OFF, and with snow mode on, I had no issues getting through 2-4 inches of snow at ~35mph. Overall pleased with this tire at 5000 miles.

These tires came on my new 2022 chevy Equinox premier. Bought the car last year car has 26,000 miles and the dealership told me yesterday I need 4 new tires. And the dealership won’t stand behind them. Absolutely disappointed in the tread wear. I’ll never purchase Michelin tires.

I recently bought the Primacy™ Tour A/S tires for my Tesla Model S, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The ride is incredibly smooth, and the tires are very quiet, which makes for a peaceful driving experience. They handle really well and provide excellent comfort, even on longer drives. On my dealers recommendation, I purchased 4 of these in 21” for my 2020 Volvo XC60. Immediately I noticed a hollow droning sound whenever I went over bumps on the road - it sounds like I’m driving on 4 over-inflated inner tubes. I came from a long history of a competitors tires and never had these sounds coming from the road. Highly unimpressed so far. I gave two stars due to the fact that when there is a smooth patch, they are very quiet indeed. The droning is so bad, I’ll definitively have to find another set to go with.

These tires came with 2024 Genesis GV 70 EV. I only have 6000 miles on them. I like the look and how smooth and quiet they performed on dry and wet surfaces. As being that they are A/S tires, I expected decent performance on snow covered surfaces. But that was not the case when we got snow accumulation of 4-5 inches. It wasn't even icy condition. These tires were slipping as if they were summer tires on snow. For those who live in warmer climate, these are good tires. But I wouldn't recommend these tires for those living in colder climate.

Bought a new Terrain which had these tires from factory. During winter conditions (snow packed roads), I didn't feel comfortable driving with these tires. Seasons have changed to spring, Now driving in rain, these tires are terrible. Seems like they want to hydroplane. I have to reduce speeds so much that i'm being passed like i'm standing still. I can say the tires are smooth riding.

These tires ride well and quietly, and they also improved the handling of my Lexus ES330. These V-rated tires provided handling and cornering that was better than the Michelin H-rated tires my car had previously. The only major drawback is that although they came with a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty, they were worn to replacement-needed level after a bit less than 13,000 miles (and had been properly inflated, wore evenly, and rotated every 6,000 miles). Michelin's "fine print," which I had not seen until now, limits treadwear warranty to specified miles OR 6 years, whichever comes first. I bought these before the pandemic, and did not travel for 3 years, yet Michelin's "clock was ticking," and when I called today to request pro-rated coverage, they said no. So much for "customer goodwill."

The primacy A/S tires came standard on our 2020 Rav Hybrid limited. We currently have 32,000 miles on them or 54,000 Kms. We have done regular rotations and tires are at 6/32 depth. Our hope is to get 60,000 miles on them. The ride is very smooth and they are very quiet. By the way, we also tow a small teardrop trailer with them. I would not recommend this tire for snow and ice conditions. Our advise, rotate tires often, check pressure and do not turn the steering wheel unless car is moving and these tires will last.

Bought these tires at end of August. Been trouble since they were put on. Road force after road force and sending back tires cause they fail and getting new ones not that much better. we just can't get the car to ride smooth. Tires do grip well though in rain and dry. City speed is smooth, highway speeds causes harsh ride, vibrations. An overall tiring drive.
