Purchase was easy, shipped very timely and was able to simplify the installation by leveraging a 2x4 lagged into the garage wall then was able to place each shelve exactly where I wanted it versus having to follow the studs. Great product, have 4 and will be ordering more.

It would be nice to have the mounting brackets to be more flexible in terms of its spacing. This product is 8 ft long and mounting points are fixed at 0", 48" and 96" which can be tricky for most homes. Having a back plate that can be mounted first, which then brackets attaches to would be great (same for the eye bracket as well).

The 2x8 shelf was set up in a couple hours. The instructions need to be more clearer. The instructions used "X" to mark placement spots that could be mistaken as "do not place here". The hanger plates had 2 holes for securing to wall, but only 1 hole needs to be used to secure the hanger plate. It took me awhile to figure this out from the instructions. This could have been explained clearer. The wire shelves fit as explained except for one that sit next to one of the hanger arms which appeared to be out of alignment. The instructions also show a way to mount the shelves by separating and stacking one 2x4 on top of the other 2x4 shelf. With the 2x8 kit this is not possible as there are not enough parts in the kit to allow stacking.

This is a superb product. It arrived quickly and well packed. I was able to install two 8 foot sections attached to two four foot sections one above the other by myself. The instructions were fairly clear to understand and the assembly was straightforward. I took my time to carefully read and install the shelving. It took me several hours to complete. It is a high quality product. It looks great in our garage and the storage is awesome. My wife and I love the clean appearance and the strength and stability. We looked at several other shelving options. For us, the NewAge product checked all the boxes. We would definitely recommend this product to others.

I bought an 8’ shelf and a 4’. They are both very sturdy, and look great on the wall. Installation was straight forward, no issues. I only have 1 complaint, the 4’ shelf has holes along the front, the 8’ shelf does not, I have them connected for a continuous 12’ shelf, so it’s not a uniform look.

It's a solid product. well built and looks like it can withstand a lot. My only gripe is that because the top mounting brackets are attached via steel wire, the platform itself is not fixed solid in place, which means I cannot put a ladder up against it and it can move upward when pushed from below. otherwise the grates and lip are nice to prevent things from sliding off. Also because I wall mounted, it is hard to access this shelf from the side. I wish I had ceiling mounted so I could pick things off when standing to the side of the unit, not only from the front.

I love these shelf’s. I they are super strong, match my cabinets and are super easy to install. I like the fact they come in different lengths and colors. They are shipped quickly and they are packaged so they don’t get damaged. Instructions are super easy to follow

Okay quality. I would never put 600 lbs on these. I have less than 150 lbs on mine and the center is already flexing a little. It could use an additional cable support in the center. Also, the metal grate that makes up the surface of the shelf is pretty flimsy. Also the instructions are a bit confusing and not always complete, its hard to determine which nuts and bolts to use at times. They look good once installed though and did help organize my garage.

I had a VersaRac at my other house, so I already knew the build quality of the pro series wall mounted shelf was going to be excellent. The pro series wall mounted shelf looks the best in the market in my opinion. The reason I went with the pro series wall mounted shelf vs. the VersaRac was the idea of having a rack flush to the wall. However, the reason for this product being almost perfect is the spacing between brackets needs to have perfectly spaced studs. I wanted to install the shelf in the corner of my garage but I had no stud on the other end of the hanging bracket. I wish there was a little more flexibility with the hanging brackets. For example, a 24" long bracket vs. a 4" wide bracket (I can't remember if it's actually this size). Then having a corresponding bracket for the pad eye plates just incase a stud isn't available. I made it work for my garage space, but a little more flexibility in mount you'll have a perfect product.

Very nice self for getting stuff up and out of the way. Assembly was easy and you assemble it on the wall so there is no have lifting, just the little pieces one at a time. I bought 2 of them and they bolt together so you get 16 feet of shelf. You can anchor the cable to the ceiling or the wall so there are options in case you can't mount it one way or the other. I grabbed onto the installed shelf and tried to pull myself up and it did not flex, and I am 375lbs!! I would highly recommend these shelving units.
